Begins the ninth week of employment.
Life insurance: $25,000 policy for employee, $3,000 for spouse, and $1,500 per dependent. The policy is 100% funded by the employer. Begins ninth week of employment
Short-term disability policy 100% funded by employer
FMLA is available after 1 full year of continuous employment.
– Longevity Pay is a lump sum bonus paid annually for each year of continuous full-time employment for up to 30 years.
